Credit/Debit Card

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There is a $3 fee for credit/debit card transactions.

Refund

We don't offer any refunds on services. If there was an issue with your service, please let us know and we will be glad to fix it within the first 5 days.

Cancellation

Cancellations require at least 4-hour notice prior to your set appointment time to avoid fees. Failure to do so will result in $15 charged to the card that is on file. No Call No Show will result in $20 charged to the card that is on file.

15 minute Late

After 15 minutes there will be a $15 late fee. Your appointment could be given to another client and you will be considered as a "walk-in."​

Gift Cards

Our gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
